Major Issues facing the congregation

These were identified on Feb. 7, 2009 during the Current Reality Workshop which was part of the MAPP Process.

• We need to make involving our youth and children a higher priority and serve them more effectively.
• We need to be intentional about broadening our ministry to reach young adults.
• We need to make worship relevant to the many diverse groups/people we are trying to serve and to attract.
• We need to be deliberate about creating a welcoming atmosphere and integrating people into our fellowship.
• We need to grow as disciples and servant leaders.
