Follow-up

The Administrative Council and TMP Co-Champions will be responsible to measure and track progress toward the TMP Goals. The Ad Council will also be responsible to hold the Action Step Owners accountable for progress in completing their Actions Steps on time. Each Action Step Owner will need to develop a more detailed action plan to complete and deliver their Action Step. The Ad Council should submit a quarterly progress report to Ken Dawson of Congregational Development. Those reports are due the first of September, December, March, and June. After that progress reports should be submitted in October and April for the next two years. New Action Steps will need to be developed as the first year Action Steps are completed. The Strategic MAPP Plan should be refreshed in 2012, or as circumstances dictate.
