We are uniting as one, with the help of the Holy Spirit, to passionately pursue God’s vision for our ministry and bring about healing and forgiveness in our congregation so that we can become all that He intends us to be.

Goals:

• General and Personal Perceptions on the Fruitful Congregation Survey for Vision above 60%, and activities above 40% by October 30 2010

• Negative grumbling among people in the congregation has given way to positive talk and encouragement by October 30 2010

1. Embrace and support pastoral leadership

2. Launch a season of repentance, forgiveness and healing with the assistance of a consultant to aid in the healing process

3. Fully develop and implement The Communications Plan

4. Unite our congregation and leadership to embrace and focus on God’s Vision and our TMP’s, and become involved in the Action Steps, (including the Church Council meetings.)
