We are intentionally reaching out to the community in genuine love, service and witness.

Goals:

• Establish a local mission project by July 2009
• 50% increase in the number of people actively serving in missions and the number being served by missions by Sept. 2010.

Action Steps:

1.  Launch Summer Home Improvement Project.

• Owner:  Missions Team             
• Target Date: June 15, 2009
  
• Deliverables: Future facility plan approved by the congregation.

2. Re-establish Stephen Ministry serving the needs of our congregation.

• Owner:  Pastors & Carol Cupples         
• Target Date: March 30, 2010
  
• Deliverable: Assess current Stephen’s ministers’ interest and involvement & congregation’s interest in becoming involved.

3. Increase our congregational participation in Loaves and Fishes

• Owner: Dave Helm                   
• Target Date: April, 2010
  
• Deliverable: Member of Macomb Wesley on Board and reporting back regularly, and a higher percentage of serving opportunities filled by Wesley congregation.
