Schedule of Dates for Opportunities for Fall 2014

All groups are being asked to, if possible, begin a study or activity the week of September 21.  This will help us better advertise the studies and activities and improve participation.  An  All-Church Study will be an option.

• July 6 - Information about the Opportunities for Fall and the All-Church Study distributed to the congregation and groups.
• July 27 - Groups communicate with the church office to indicate what they will be studying or doing beginning the week of September 21. This should include learning activities and service activities (all of which may also be growing activities). This information will go into the Opportunities for Fall List (which is the 'course catalog' of opportunities/offerings).
• August 17 - Opportunities for Fall List ('course catalog') is done.  This will appear online, in the September Newsletter, and in the Sunday bulletin.
• August 31-September 21 - Sign-up period. The catalog of Opportunities for Fall will be distributed starting August 31. Individuals sign up (Four Sundays) for learning, growing, and serving activities using the Connections Cards, sign-up sheets, or in the church office.
• Wednesday, September 10 - Training and information for small group leaders who are leading the all-church study, What On Earth Am I Here For?  7:00 p.m. at Wesley Church.
• Week of September 21 - The groups and activities begin.
