Nothing we do for children is ever wasted
---------------------------------------------
Activity bags are available for children as they enter the sanctuary for worship. The bags have fun activities (for example, coloring and games) to learn about Christ and the Bible.
----------------------------------------------
We have recently remodeled the children's wing of our church. We added lighting and color to make it more inviting to children.
At Wesley Church we look for ways to serve, and work with, children. This page highlights current and ongoing ministries with children. Please help us keep this page up-to-date by providing the church office with information about children's ministries.

More information about TWIGS
This is a ministry of Trinity United Methodist Church in Granite City, IL, where Mark Myers is on staff as an associate pastor. Their mission is To help the communities we serve grow strong, healthy children by eliminating hunger and to raise awareness about the widespread problem of childhood hunger. Facebook. Website. The Wesley Youth Group visited Trinity UMC and Pastor Mark in summer 2016 on the way home from their mission trip. Mark shared about the TWIGS program, showed us the large outdoor cooler which was purchased with Fellheimer Trust monies, and shared with us their vision for a new building and larger ministry. This is a wonderful ministry and they need support, both financial and groups (or individuals) to go to Granite City and help out (for 1 or more days).
